Senate Budget Committee chair Paul Sarlo discussed his legislation to allow New Jerseyans to receive tax credits for charitable contributions. This comes after the so-called “Tax Cuts and Jobs Act,” which includes the end of the SALT decuction, adversely affected New Jersey at the expense of other states.
