TRENTON – On Monday at 10:00 AM, the Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee will take testimony from Department of Human Services (DHS) Commissioner Jim Davy on the department’s Fiscal Year 2006 Budget.

DHS also administers the State’s DYFS program, and has been overseeing sweeping reforms within that program to ensure that children under DYFS supervision get the best care possible.
