Senate President Steve Sweeney toured Abilities Solutions, an organization that boosts employment opportunities for the disabled. The Legislature recently passed the FY19 budget which restored $5 million for sheltered workshops such as Abilities Solutions, which helps hundreds of individuals with developmental disabilities find meaningful employment each year.
