TRENTON – At a press conference in Paulsboro, on July 14, 2014, Senate President Steve Sweeney, the Governor and other elected officials hailed the new partnership formed by the South Jersey Port Corp. and Holt Logistics Corp. to construct the new Paulsboro Marine Terminal.
