Greenstein “Jessica Rogers Law” to Address Road Rage Signed by Governor

In this video, Senator Linda Greenstein, D-Middlesex and Mercer, talks about her bill, “Jessica Rogers Law,” which would combat road rage and increase penalties for aggressive driving that results in bodily injury. The bill was named for a former Hamilton resident, Jessica Rogers, who was paralyzed as the result of an aggressive driver while she was the passenger in a car. The bill was signed into law today by New Jersey Governor Chris Christie
