Peter J. Barnes III, D-Middlesex, will be sworn into the New Jersey State Senate today at 12 noon in the Senate Chambers. Barnes represents the 18th Legislative District, which is comprised of East Brunswick, Edison, Helmetta, Highland Park, South Plainfield and South River in Middlesex County.
