New Jersey Senate Health, Human Services and Senior Citizens Committee Chairwoman Loretta Weinberg, D-Bergen, discusses a hearing her committee held to once again go over the facts regarding her legislation to restore $7.5 million in funding from a surplus in the State Employee Prescription Drug program, for women’s health and family planning services which were cut in the FY 2011 Budget.
