TRENTON � The Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee will meet on Monday to hear testimony from State Treasurer David Rousseau on portions of the FY09 State Budget dealing with the Department of the Treasury and Interdepartmental Accounts.
The Committee is expected to ask questions on the State’s contracting procedures, pensions and health benefits, the early retirement proposal and various boards in but not of the Department, including the Board of Public Utilities (BPU), Office of Information Technology (OIT) and the State Comptroller.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. in Committee Room 4 of the State House Annex.
