In the second of a series of hearings on the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy in New Jersey, the Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee met in Bergen County, touring some of the flood-damaged municipal buildings and businesses and hearing from local, county and State officials on their needs as they clean up from the storm and on ways to mitigate flood damage moving forward.
