Senate President Steve Sweeney appeared this morning live on ESPN Radio’s Mike and Mike program discussing his decision yesterday to call on Acting Attorney General John Hoffman to review the decision-making process by the Atlantic County prosecutor that allowed Ray Rice to avoid prosecution for assaulting a woman in an Atlantic City casino. Surveillance film from the elevator of the blow that knocked his then-fiancé unconscious was just made available to the public.
