WOODBRIDGE- Senator Joseph F. Vitale (D-Middlesex) today announced major advances in medical malpractice liability reform. A bi-partisan meeting yesterday between the Senate Health, Human Services and Senior Citizens Committee and the Senate Commerce Committee has brought about an agreement in principle designed to end the dispute over Medical Malpractice Insurance reform.
