Senator Whelan Press Conference On Ignition Interlock Bill — “Ricci’s Law”

At a news conference today on the steps of the New Jersey War Memorial in Trenton, Senator Jim Whelan, D-Atlantic, along with representatives of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and the Branca family, whose son Ricci was killed by a drunk driver, unveiled “Ricci’s Law,” which would make alcohol ignition interlocks mandatory for all drunk driving offenses.
