Sweeney, Greenstein Tour State-of-the-Art Cannabis Facility

Cranbury– Senate President Steve Sweeney today toured the Breakwater Treatment and Wellness Center medical marijuana facility where he got a firsthand view of the operation, including the marijuana grow rooms, factory and dispensary.  Senator Linda Greenstein joined him at the facility in Cranbury.

“We’re here to help New Jerseyans fighting cancer, living with epilepsy, struggling with anxiety, and battling chronic pain,” said Senator Sweeney (D-Gloucester/Salem/Cumberland). “The medical marijuana program in New Jersey has been growing and expanding in ways that will provide more treatment options for a wide range of medicinal purposes.”

New Jersey has greatly expanded its medical marijuana program, allowing more doctors and more patients to participate.

“Medical marijuana is quickly becoming a widely accepted treatment for a variety of debilitating conditions, and for good reason,” said Senator Greenstein (D-Mercer/Middlesex).  “This is a state-of-the-art facility here in Cranbury that is pioneering new ways to produce and provide medical marijuana for a range of medical purposes.”

Licensed by the State of New Jersey, the Breakwater Treatment & Wellness Center is a state-of-the-art medical cannabis dispensary and growing facility that utilizes innovative growing and cultivating techniques that produce pure and unadulterated cannabis.
