TRENTON – A measure sponsored by Senators Fred H. Madden and Donald Norcross, which would create the New Jersey Honor Guard Ribbon to recognize the selfless service of members of the National Guard, has been signed into law.
“This new law will honor the men and women who serve as the goodwill ambassadors of the armed forces,” said Senator Madden, D-Camden and Gloucester. “Members of the Honor Guard are often called on to represent the armed forces and honor their fallen comrades, and it is only fitting that we thank them for their contributions to the United States military.”
