TRENTON – Under the leadership of Senator Joseph Vitale, chairman of the Senate Health, Human Services and Senior Citizens Committee, a bipartisan group of legislators announced on September 17, 2014, the introduction of a comprehensive bill package to tackle the heroin and prescription drug epidemic that is occurring across the state.
