CHERRY HILL – Senator John H. Adler, prime sponsor of a new law to enact an indoor smoking ban in New Jersey bars and restaurants, issued the following statement regarding the U.S. District Court’s decision to uphold the ban, set to take place on Saturday:
“The court reached the obvious, right decision. Now we can start celebrating this victory for public health.”
