TRENTON – Senate President Steve Sweeney issued the following statement today regarding Governor Christie’s signing of the NJ Economic Opportunity Act into law:
“I am proud of this legislation to help small and mid-sized businesses take advantage of state programs and incentives. This law will help create jobs and generate long-term growth throughout New Jersey, by consolidating and enhancing state incentive programs. Senators Lesniak, Norcross and Gordon, as prime sponsors, are to be commended for helping to create jobs and spur economic growth throughout all regions of our state.”
