On April 13, 2016, to raise awareness about the importance of investing in higher education, Senate President Steve Sweeney and Senator Sandra Cunningham toured the new six-floor library at Hudson County Community College that was funded through the “Building Our Future Bond Act.” Afterwards they held a roundtable discussion exploring ways to improve college affordability.
