Senate President Steve Sweeney and Senator Linda Greenstein called on state officials to expedite the use of $100 million in bond money to protect drinking water in New Jersey schools. Senate President Steve Sweeney along with Assemblymen John Burzichelli and Adam Taliaferro toured Parvin State Park this week to discuss maintenance needs for the park such as: funding for staff, lake quality, dredging and facility upgrades. Lastly, Senate President Steve Sweeney also participated in panel discussions hosted by Morris County Chamber of Commerce and Princeton-Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce on ways to promote economic prosperity and reduce red tape for businesses, particularly small businesses throughout New Jersey.
