Lastly, Senate President Steve Sweeney spoke on the League of Municipalities Leadership Panel this week in Atlantic City on the major issues facing New Jersey, which included adult use marijuana, tax incentive programs, energy tax receipts, affordable housing, and the opioid crisis.
