The Senate passed major legislation that would revise the procedures and eligibility for expungement of criminal records. Part of the bill package inspired by the Path to Progress report passed through the Senate State Government, Wagering, Tourism and Historic Preservation Committee this week. Lastly, Senate President Steve Sweeney and Senator Bob Smith attended the opening ceremony for Six Flags Great Adventure’s solar field.
